EXCITING NEW AMENITIES AT BROUGH SOUTH

Brough South includes the provision of exciting new amenities in the town to serve the new homes being built, as well as the existing residents. 

As part of the £200m Brough South scheme, a new school, Hunsley Primary, has already been delivered and opened on Bluebird Way in December 2018. 

This thriving facility saw its first intake of students in early 2019. 

This will be extended with a new GP surgery serving Brough South residents, as well as the new Aldi supermarket, a mixture of national and independent non-food shops and a family-orientated pub and restaurant. 

As a truly mixed-use development, Brough South will also provide new opportunities to start-ups and established businesses with the provision of high-quality commercial units designed to attract further businesses and employment opportunities to this already bustling town. 

These, along with the Enterprise Centre, will further add to the town as a thriving employment hub, extending and enhancing the local economy.
