The next Brough South Liaison Group meeting was scheduled for Monday 8th June 2020. However, in view of the Government’s measures and restrictions arising from COVID-19, it will not be possible to hold the meeting at the centre with members of the public in attendance.
Consideration has been given to holding a virtual meeting with members of the Group only in attendance, however, in view of the fact that all ongoing and proposed works were thoroughly reviewed at the last meeting and there are no new matters arising, there would seem to be no material requirement for a virtual meeting and, as such, the Chair has cancelled the next meeting.
Meetings are normally held three-monthly and it is proposed the next meeting is held on Monday 7th September 2020 at 7.00 p.m. In the event the requirements for social distancing continue to prevail, which seems likely, the next meeting will probably have to be a virtual meeting, although the position will be confirmed not less than 14 days in advance.
